These terms govern your use of ezdocai at https://ezdocai.com, operated by Ezcods / Parth Rameshbhia Badreshiya (EzCods). By creating an account or making a payment you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

ezdocai stores documents you upload and returns them to you over WhatsApp when you ask for them by title. It can also send you reminders on WhatsApp. It is a convenience tool for retrieving your own files — it is not a legal archive, a records-of-title service, or a backup of last resort.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who receives the code can reach your documents.
• One account is for one person or business. You are responsible for everything done through it.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• Tell us promptly at founder@ezcods.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Plans and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Because the account is held by EzCods, EzCods is the name that appears at checkout and on your statement.

A plan runs for the period you paid for. Paying again extends it — the new period is added to whatever remains. We may change prices for future periods, and will show the new price before you pay.

4. AutoPay

If you switch AutoPay on, you authorise a recurring UPI mandate for your plan's price. The first period is charged when you set it up, and each renewal is charged automatically after that. A mandate is always set up at the plan's own price — discount codes apply to one-time payments only. You can cancel AutoPay at any time from your account or in your UPI app; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund periods already paid for.

5. Referrals and commission

Team members invited by us receive 30% of what a customer they referred actually pays. Commission is earned only on payments that clear, and is reversed if a payment is refunded or charged back. Withdrawals can be requested once the balance reaches ₹1,000 and are paid to the UPI ID you give us. We may withhold commission where a referral is self-dealing, fraudulent, or the result of spam.

6. What you may not do

• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to store and share.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages, or in any way that breaches WhatsApp's or Meta's policies.
• Attempt to access another person's account or documents.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your documents first.

7. Availability and limits

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Plan limits — number of WhatsApp numbers, users and storage — are shown on the pricing page. Individual files are capped at 15 MB. Delivery over WhatsApp depends on Meta's platform and on the rules it applies, including its 24-hour messaging window, which is outside our control.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own copy. Please keep your own copies of important documents.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where reasonable by a message to your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
